Hawks looking to move Teague, should Boston be interested?

Hawks had been soliciting offers for Teague or Dennis Schroder, per rival execs. Though recently they have focused more on Teague.

Milwaukee, Utah and the Knicks are some of the teams reportedly interested in the Hawks point guard. There’s no reference to Boston (yet), but I’m wondering if there might be.

Teague could slide into the backcourt rotation by taking Evan Turner’s minutes, but the Hawks would certainly want more than ET back in any deal.

Atlanta might covet Avery Bradley? These guys have very similar statistics, with Bradley getting the edge defensively and Teague the nod on offense.

Both players make about $8 million per year, but Teague’s contract expires after next season.

I don’t think a deal (especially one involving Bradley) makes sense for Boston.

I don’t think Teague would be very happy coming off bench and I don’t think him and IT would make much sense as a backcourt pairing if Avery was traded and he took his spot. He is much more a true PG and needs ball in his hands to facilitate, other teams mentioned need that much more than we do

Seem like Atlanta might blow it all up and the Celtics should look to take advantage. Huge trade: Celtics get Korver, Millsap, Horford and Tavares for Lee, Jarebko, Turner, Sully, Zeller, Young and all C’s picks in 2016 apart from the nets pick.

No thanks. I like Teague okay, but we have roughly 75 guards on the team right now. If we are making trades, I want it to be for a big.
