PJ Hairston was trying to draw a foul against Tony Parker last night. What he ended up drawing was a $5,000 flopping fine and an Oscar nomination. The flop has already inspired appreciations like this… but the question is… is this the greatest flop of all time?
I think it’s just a cheap knockoff of Donald Sloan from a couple of years ago.
These all have the style and grace that make them stand out above the rest. If you’re counting style points, then the flailing pirouettes definitely set themselves apart. But if you’re looking for a simply egregious flop… nothing beats Chris Paul vs. DeMarcus Cousins.
CP3 just pulled DMC’s arm and flailed like he was shot. That’s as bad as it gets. The Cousins “WTF” face is a nice bonus too.
