The perfect storm of flops

Chuck - Red's Army November 4, 2014 Around the NBA 10 Comments on The perfect storm of flops

That’s DeMarcus Cousins, Rudy Gay, and Kenneth Faried coming together when a grenade explodes at their feet knocking all three men backwards.

I’ve watched this gif dozens of times to determine the most egregious flopper of the trio and I just can’t make up my mind.

Dude, Manimal falls FORWARD. If that’s not the most heinous of flops, then I don’t know what is.

Smart had a pretty epic flop last night too haha. He get’s a pass though since he was in his hometown.

If you’re talking about Tyson Chandler’s elbow, I have to disagree. Sometimes hitting the ground is the safest way to avoid injury. You can’t always fight back, and in that instance, Smart’s knees were already buckled when Chandler hit him.

HAHAHAHA, oh. Well he was just “dodging”, not flopping! Stop being a hater, Dave!

Curt what an awesome game to go to- must have been so intense on the comeback- would have been one of the best wins ever- but truly we can take alot from this game as Celtic fans- definition of silver linings- Toronto going to be tough, can’t wait to see how they come out.

My thoughts exactly. The first half was the worst, but the 2nd half proved to each player that they can do it.

It was a ridiculous game to be at.

Agreed. Lol. Faried looks like he just joined community theater!

Who got called for the foul on that flop? I’m guessing a whistle blew ’cause Collison picked up his dribble.

My favorite is still this performance by Fish & K-Mart (called the Torvill and Dean of flopping by Simmons):
