As we look back at the history of this franchise... there's only one team that can compete with the Boston Celtics: The Boston Celtics. The only team that could compete with a group of the all-time Celtics greats... is another team of all-time Celtics greats.
So that's what we're going to do here on Red's Army.
Tonight at 9pm, Chuck and I are going to sit down and hold the most epic draft ever. It will be a draft from Celtics history. 12 players each. And when we're done, WhatIfSports.com is going to run those teams through 1,000 simulations of a 7-game series to see who would win.
And just like the NBA draft, this draft is open to its fans. At 9pm, we're going to fire up a live chat so you guys can see the draft as it happens. You can offer your input. You can applaud or pan the picks as you see fit. Then it's about a week of speculation and trash talk before we unveil who the ultimate champion is.
