Video of the gameplay is starting to come out... and all I can say is wow. Just look at the little things... like the shorts swaying as the players move. The direction the point guard is giving as he dribbles up the floor. At 3:20, check out Andrea Bargnani checking to see if his head was cut.
The realism is just amazing.
